We have been in the industrial chemical business, producing and commercializing 100% natural nitrates for more than 30 years. These are used as raw materials in a large number of industrial production processes. Highly refined nitrates are the basis for a variety of applications; from glass manufacturing and metal treatment, to recycling and even explosives for civil engineering works.

Solar salts are produced from Potassium Nitrate and Sodium Nitrate, and is used as raw material in the operation of solar thermal plants. While Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate – known as bischofite – is used for effective dust control and de-icing of roads.
They are composed of a mixture of 60% Sodium Nitrate (NaNO3), and 40% Potassium Nitrate (KNO3). This mixture of salts has chemical properties that make it an ideal solution for thermal storage in solar power generation plants.
Sodium Nitrate is obtained from the caliche leaching process. It is preferably used in the production of glass, ceramics, explosives and metal treatments.
Potassium Nitrate is obtained by the reaction process of NaNO3 and Potassium Chloride (KCI). It is an important asset for the production of glass, enamels for coating ceramic or metallic surfaces, metal treatments, and gunpowder, among others.
